In this lecture Mary Louise Hart, associate curator of antiquities, the J. Paul Getty Museum, explores the creativity behind the vivid depictions of actors and stagecraft in ancient Greece. These objects represent the inherent ingenuity of their makers, and are often the only surviving evidence of classical Greek theater.
